French Cherry
Ingredients
Cherry Infused Gin
375 ml Gin
2 Cups of Fresh pitted and cut Cherries
French Cherry Cocktail
45 ml (1.5 oz) of Cherry-infused gin
22.5 ml (3/4 oz) of Fresh Lemon juice
15 ml (1/2 oz) of Cherry syrup
Ice cubes
60 ml (2 oz) of Chilled Prosecco
Method
Cherry Infused Gin:
In a clean, airtight container or bottle combine gin and cherries.
Seal the container and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 4 days to infuse.
French Cherry Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add cherry-infused gin, fresh lemon juice and cherry syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
Top it off with 60 ml of chilled Prosecco.
Garnish with a fresh cherry.

Tinto de Verano
Ingredients
Ice Cubes
90 ml (3 oz) of Red Wine
22.5 ml (3/4 oz) of Sweet Vermouth
Sparkling water
Method
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour 90 ml (3 oz) of red wine over the ice.
Add 22.5 ml (3/4 oz) of sweet vermouth.
Top off the glass with sparkling water to your desired level.
Give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.

Blue Hawaiian
Ingredients
60 ml (2 oz) Orange Juice
60 ml (2 oz) Pineapple Juice
30 ml (1 oz) Coconut Water
15 ml (0.5 oz) Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Coconut Milk
2 Teaspoons Blue Curacao
Lemon and Lime Soda (Sprite)
30 ml (1 oz) Vodka
Crushed ice
Orange slice for garnish
Method
In a shaker add everything except the lemon lime soda (Sprite) and shake for 30 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture vigorously for about 30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
Fill a glass with crushed ice.
Strain the shaken mixture over the crushed ice.
Top off the glass with Lemon and Lime Soda (Sprite) to your desired level.
Garnish with an orange slice.

Strawberry Sunburst
Ingredients
Strawberry mix
3 strawberries
15 ml (0.5 oz) Honey
15 ml (0.5 oz) Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5 ml (0.75 oz) Orange Juice
Spritz mix
30 ml (1 oz) Vodka
30 ml (1 oz) Campari
Ice cubes
90 ml (3 oz) Prosecco
Strawberry Mix (from the previous step)
Method
Instructions for Strawberry Mix:
In a mixing glass, muddle the strawberries to extract their juice.
Add honey, fresh lemon juice and orange juice to the muddled strawberries.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a cocktail blender stick or muddler until well combined.
Instructions for the Spritz:
In a cocktail shaker, combine Vodka and Campari.
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake the mixture until it's well chilled.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour Prosecco over the ice in the glass.
Pour the prepared Strawberry Mix on top of the Prosecco.
Give it a gentle stir to combine the flavours.
Garnish as desired.

Ginberry Grapefruit Wave
Ingredients
30ml of Strawberry Puree (made from 5 strawberries, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp water, simmered over low heat until soft)
Crushed Ice
Juice from 1/2 freshly squeezed grapefruit
100ml of Sparkling Water
1 Shot (30ml) of Blue Gin
100ml of Tonic Water
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Method
Prepare the strawberry puree by simmering 5 strawberries with 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of water over low heat until soft. Let it cool before using.
In a glass, add the prepared strawberry puree to the bottom.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Squeeze the juice from half of a freshly squeezed grapefruit into the glass.
Pour sparkling water.
Add blue gin to the mix.
Top off the drink tonic water.
Give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
Garnish the cocktail with fresh strawberries.

Island Breeze
Ingredients
60ml (2 oz) Malibu (Coconut Rum)
120ml (4 oz) Pineapple Juice
30 ml (1 oz) Cranberry Juice
Method
In a cocktail shaker, pour in Malibu (Coconut Rum).
Add Pineapple Juice to the shaker.
Pour in Cranberry Juice.
Add ice to the shaker.
Shake the mixture well to chill and combine the ingredients.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
Garnish as desired.

Tropical Bob Marley
Ingredients
30ml (1 oz) Rum (original)
60ml (2 oz) Melon Liqueur
30ml (1 oz) Coconut Rum
240ml (8 oz) Pineapple Juice
Grenadine
Pineapple slice for garnish
Method
In a shaker filled with ice, combine Rum and Melon Liqueur. Shake well and set aside.
In a glass filled with ice, add Pineapple Juice and Coconut Rum. Stir to combine.
Top the glass with a splash of grenadine.
Carefully pour the previously prepared melon and rum mix from the shaker over the back of a spoon to layer it on top.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.
