Tinto de Verano

Ingredients

  • Ice Cubes

  • 90 ml (3 oz) of Red Wine

  • 22.5 ml (3/4 oz) of Sweet Vermouth

  • Sparkling water

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour 90 ml (3 oz) of red wine over the ice.

  3. Add 22.5 ml (3/4 oz) of sweet vermouth.

  4. Top off the glass with sparkling water to your desired level.

  5. Give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
