Pumpkin Fritters

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups finely cooked pumpkin

  • 2 Cups self-rising flour

  • 2 Teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt

  • 2 Whisked eggs

Method

  1. Sift the dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix everything together with a spoon.

  3. Fry in deep oil until golden brown.

  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top.
