Polenta and Biltong Balls
Ingredients
2 Cups Polenta
300g Cheese cubes
200g Fine biltong
250ml Fresh cream
Method
Cook polenta as instructed on packaging.
Roll polenta into balls.
Roll the balls in biltong.
Press a cheese cube into the centre of each ball.
Place the balls in a baking dish.
Pour cream over the top.
Bake for 20-30 minutes in an oven at 180°C (356°F).
