Yogurt and Cherry Parfait

Ingredients

  • 300g Frozen cherries

  • 600g Greek yogurt

  • 10 Sachets Canderal / 1/4 Cup Maple syrup

  • Granola (optional)

  • Serves 6

Method

  1. Cook frozen cherries and canderal or maple syrup in pot on medium heat until soft consistency. 

  2. Place cherries in fridge for about 1 hour.

  3. Serve cherries with yogurt, topped with granola.
