Sweet Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
250ml White sugar
3 Eggs
100ml White vinegar
50ml Sifted mustard powder
Salt to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients and whisk together.
Heat the mixture in a double boiling pan until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Once the foam on top disappears, the sauce should reach the desired thickness.
Allow it to cool and then refrigerate.
