Quiche (Souttert)
Ingredients
2 Packs of spinach (200g)
1 Finely chopped onion
1 Packet of fried bacon (500g). Cut into small pieces)
1 Cup grated cheese
500ml Fresh cream
5 Egg yolks whisked together with cream
Method
Mix everything together.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
