Banana Bread
Ingredients
125g Butter
1 and 1/2 Cups sugar
3 Eggs
5ml Vanilla extract
1 Cup mashed bananas
2 Cups cake flour
2 Teaspoons baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
1/4 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons milk
Method
Cream butter and sugar until light in color.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract and fold in mashed bananas.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 1 hour.
You can also add 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts if desired.
